By subscribing to or using Ultra Airy's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Ultra Airy provides access to an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service, including live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and related content delivered via the internet. We act as a reseller and aggregator of IPTV streams. We do not own, host, or produce any of the content delivered through the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or multi-month basis as described in our current pricing.
- Payments are due in advance of the subscription period.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of IPTV services and the immediate access granted upon activation, we do not offer refunds after a subscription has been activated. We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of our free 24-hour trial before purchasing. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve them promptly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing your subscription credentials with individuals outside your household
- Reselling or redistributing any content or access obtained through the service
- Using the service to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
- Using VPNs or proxies in a manner that violates these terms or circumvents geo-restrictions beyond personal privacy use
7. Connection Limits
Each plan supports a specific number of simultaneous connections as described on our pricing page. Exceeding the connection limit may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control (e.g., upstream provider outages). We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.
9. Content Disclaimer
Ultra Airy is a technology reseller. We do not create, store, host, or own any of the content made available through the service. All content is sourced from third-party providers over the internet. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality, accuracy, or quality of any content.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, and proprietary technology associated with Ultra Airy are the property of their respective owners. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Ultra Airy intellectual property without prior written consent.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ultra Airy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction applicable to your location.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
